Van Gundy Diamonds ships via FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you according to one of the options listed above.
* Please Note: Special order or sized items will ship via the method chosen on the day of completion or next business day. Customers will receive an email upon order processing with an expected ship date and a second email including tracking information on the date of shipment.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by Van Gundy Diamonds or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for events that cause the carriers to be delayed.
Instore Pickup: If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email indicating the order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. If you need same day pick up, please call us for more information at (805) 987-7741.
Security and Insurance of Shipments: We insure each order from when we send it until when you receive it. When your order is in transit to you, your shipment is always risk-free. We are required to ship only to the address that matches the billing address of the issued credit card used for purchase.
Adult Signature: We also require a signature on all orders, even if you have a signature waiver on file with the carrier.
